After sending me on my way, with the defective ladder, to find a courtroom attorney, he called me back to settle the personal injury part of lawsuit. The paying insurance company contacted him to settle. They knew it was legitimate! William knew nothing about the case and was not interested in my justice. Appleggate told myself and another person that he would settle it pro bono ( for free). When I arrived to pick up check , he had taken 40% of my funds! From a disabled, handicapped man and his family! Is this the type person you want stealing from you?!?! Of course not! Choose wisely general public, get every word in writing prior to any agreement. He is a professional criminal. I will polygraph and testify to any part or all of this review! I never met mr Yarborough, and cannot truthfully comment on his ethics! Simply avoid his partner .
