My case was complicated because it involved a personal Chapter 7 bankruptcy after a bankruptcy for a business I owned. Russ' paralegal Angela worked many, many hours to document everything and make sure I got things done in the right order so I could be prepared for the hearing.

I found Russ to be compassionate, which I wasn't expecting. I've worked with many lawyers over the years, and Russ is typical in that he is efficient and focused on getting work done on my behalf. I was referred to this company to get assistance with a cease and desist case for a creditor I asked to stop calling me and didn’t and was told that Jennifer was on the phone and that she would return my call. Never got a return call and when I cAlled the office back over 5 hours later, I was asked to leave a message again for a return call. I guess they only wanted to deal with a bankruptcy case. Unhappy with the service. She could have called me back and refered me to someone as they were referred.

While at our 341 meeting there were other lawyers and clients for those other lawyers. The judge would ask a qeustion and the clients said. I gave that paper work to my lawyer. The lawyer then said. I am a widow, who has lost her home to foreclosure, with harrassment and several other attempts by Fannie Mae at a new foreclosure requesting a deficiency judgement.
