They are knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly and allow buyers and sellers to ask the questions, both during the process and at closing, without feeling rushed. The whole process with the staff was exceptionally painful. On multiple occasions my realtor and I left numerous phone messages and emails that were never returned. Often times communication seemed very disjointed, we would ask a question and no one seemed to have an answer or we received incorrect information. When we brought this information to Mr. Suttles attention, he said he would call us back and make things right the following week. After waiting over three weeks for him to keep his word and return our call we finally contacted him again. He was very dismissive of our concerns and left much to be desired in the way of resolution. While always courteous on the phone our time, efforts, and business did not seem well respected or valued. I would not recommend this law firm.

My wife and I closed on a home today. Ultimately the whole experience was exhausting, however the Suttles law firm did everything they could to ease the closing process. We currently live in CA and could not be there for the closing, The law firm was given power of attorney and signed on our behalf. They kept us very well informed and stayed flexible while our loan officer scrambled to do his job. Every service they offered was performed above expectation and should I buy another home I would definitely utilize their services. I highly recommend them.

Working with The Suttles Law Firm has always been a great experience. We have worked with Brent on selling and purchasing homes. Our first pruchase hit a snag due to the sellers attorney office not disclosing an item on the contract and Brent not only caught the snag but protected us until the sellers and their attorney fixed the issue.

In selling our second home the attorneys office of the buyer did not wire our mortage company the pay off amount due to miscommunication in their office Brent and his office worked with the attorneys office and our mortage company to not only get the wired amount corrected, but before the end of the month without us having to occur any fees, personally.
