One of the worst attorney’s in the city of Charleston, Mark Weeks is a crooked as they come. He also has a bad reputation among other attorneys as being dishonest, as we eventually realized. We had a very unfortunate experience with him and one of his attorneys In the west Ashley office. His attorney admitted to making a few mistakes at our real estate closing which forced us to pay and ultimately cost us thousands of dollars we were never owed. Instead of taking care of us and protecting us and insuring us through there firm; They laughed, wiped there hands of it and knew we’d have to sue them in order to be reimbursed. Either way, losing by fighting to get justice for there wrong doing and bad representation and service. I would recommend NOT using them, knowing they do not insure or take care of there paying clients. After hearing more about there firm, I am truly surprised they are still in business!
