I called Rhine Law Firm in October 2018 to describe a legal issue that I had encountered and to ask if they thought I had a case that could be pursued. After a few days passed with no call-back, I stopped by the Rhine Offices to ask again. I was told that Josh, the fellow who took my original call, would call me back. A couple of weeks passed, I called the firm again on November 7th and spoke with Josh. I again reviewed the issue and asked for an opinion as to whether I had a strong enough case to pursue legal action. Josh promised to call me back the next day and sent me an email asking a number of questions, which I answered the next day. However, I received no call on the 8th. Josh did send email on Nov. 14th to ask if I had been contacted by anyone in the firm, and another email on Dec. 5th to ask the same question. After approximately two months, I still haven't been contacted by anyone in Rhine Law Firm to answer my single original question. Even if they called me back and said that I had a rock-solid case, I'm doubtful that I would trust them to handle my case. Rhine Law Firm may have great lawyers and success in legal matters, but, in my case, it has demonstrated very poor customer service and not delivered on its promise of a "free consultation".

Follow-up (Jan. 31, 2019):
As promised below, Joel Rhine did call me to discuss the issue I reported in December. Joel apologized for the problems I experienced and we had a very pleasant conversation in which he provided the information that I originally sought. I think he felt genuine chagrin over the communications problems that occurred.

Joel and his firm have a mindset of we are going to fight until the end and his confidence level put me at inner peace. When I was ready to settle my case, he knew he could do better and was able to fight for a higher offer. I couldn't have asked for a better firm to handle my injury claim. My life has turned around all because of Joel and his firm. If you do not have confidence with your attorney, you need to contact Rhine Law Firm immediately.

They are going out of their way to make sure that my mother-in-law obtains everything she is entitled to in an injury case. I recommend anyone with an injury to consider and retain this firm.

Dara worked diligently in helping settle my case. I would recommend her to anyone looking to settle a car accident case. She was very knowledgeable, always available, and worked her hardest to give me the highest possible damages amount.

While on vacation, our family was taking a group picture. The deck collapsed, and 25 fell to a concrete patio. 7 people were seriously injured. We contacted the Rhine Law Firm. We could not have made a better choice. Joel Rhine and his staff answered all our questions and helped us deal with the attorneys for the home owner and the real estate company. We were informed of everything, as the process went forward. We had conference calls on a regular basis, so everyone had a chance to ask questions. If you want to lawyer that does not want to work but settle cases with insurance company and collect the lowest amount this is the guy .once you sign his contract he has you on his hook and you can't do anything about your case even if you want to fire him and get another lawyer he still collect money from you , he does't fight cases he just settle and collect . so if you want to get the lowest money this is the guy, so please do not make the same mistake i made i had nothing but a hard time to get answer .
