Did a good job on the closing of our property in Supply NC

My realtor suggested this attorney to close my purchase of a home. We had to do it long distance. I received a letter quickly from them stating that if the purchase did not go through I would owe them money. This was ok however when I am held to a standard I expect the same from someone I am paying. The title work was done on the home and the attorney never once called me to go over the findings. There is an easement in the back of the property and he never once contacted me nor did his employee alert me to this. I asked to receive a call after the closing from the attorney and that never occurred. I think a $500.00 fee is enough to warrant a phone call. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone!
