I had my accident in April of last year . I recently decided to settle the case in November cause It would have taken longer and I would have to go to court . Don’t think it would be worth the time . But it’s taking forever for them to get me my money for my settlement.

They couldn't help me.

My Grandmother had a very bad experience with Todd Rodzik. During her case she would never be updated as to what was going on, she never was able to speak to them over the phone. It’s been 2 years of this nonsense of not being informed. She was called into his office to speak with him just for him to accuse her of intentionally injuring herself. All this man does is tell you lies. This is your warning.

I have used this law firm personally and have referred this law firm to many friends and family. What sets this firm apart from the many other options, in my opinion is that you are treated just a professionally if it is a minor property damage claim as you would be if it was a large bodily injury claim. Unlike some law firms, when they are unable to settle quickly, just mail you your file, Rodzik Law group will fight for you. I have witnessed this firm handle claims as a courteous, offer legal advice, and fight when other firms wouldn't. I know from personal experience, that when you try to handle a claim yourself, it can lead to more legal issues, as the NC laws can be complicated. When I used this firm, I had a better recovery on my vehicle than what was initially offered and was able to focus on healing rather than fighting with the insurance company. You are assigned a case manager in addition to the attorney and all calls were returned in a timely fashion. They offer two locations, one in Wilmington and a satellite office in Brunswick.

State farm mailed my check last week and still don't have it I wouldn't refer them to anybody very slow and unprofessional

Would not consider an extremely important issue after speaking with them online. Did not return phone call, contacted them again and without any explanation Todd Rodzik said they could not help me. I need a professional, not some cheesy ambulance chaser.

Though I am still working with them on my case I will say they are very professional. At this time I can say that I would recommend them. They know what they are doing. I am happy with their services.

I had an accident in April 2013 ..someone hit me in the back ..today is 8/07/2013 ..I am still waiting on the lawyer to hear the 911 call and medical records ...she cancelled the appointment with me and put in her note I cancelled...I wouldn't recommend this set of lawyers to anyone..I wish I hadn't hired them!!!! If it wasn't so far into it I would FIRE THEM!!!! Don't waste your time !!! very unprofessional and full of lies!!!!!

I've never used a lawyer's services before but I found Bain and Rodzik to be very unprofessional. Their office is poorly kept and maintained and the staff, while friendly, consisted of different people each day. That can be frustrating when you have to explain a bunch of things over and over to a different "case worker" each time you call. And especially when they are supposed to be calling you first! It made us wonder why they couldn't keep any employees too. Our many "case workers" didn't walk us through the legal process, tell us what our case would involve or explain anything at all to us. It made the whole process unpleasant, confusing and frustrating. We never even got to talk to Bain or Rodzik. In the end, the lawyer's services did nothing but cost lots of money. If you are looking for a lawyer PLEASE do your research first. We hired the first lawyer we saw a commercial on television for following our car accident. BIG MISTAKE! I'm not trying to tarnish anyone's name or say they are bad people, simply telling you my experience was not pleasant and didn't get us any money. I give Bain and Rodzik a thumb's down.

i was hurt at a local health club,when a cable popped out of a clamp attached to several plates on a magnum calf raise machine,i had a witness,who was riding a exercise bike directly behind me! BAin&Rodznik represented me for 18 months,then they heard from the insurance company,they blamed me and said "it was my fault!",they said the machine was not repaired,even though an "out of order"sign hung on the machine for two-three days.This law firm backed down and sold me out! I will never tell anyone to use this firm,BEWARE!
