I just purchased my second home after selling my house in Maryland and I was nervous to schedule a closing out of state. However, Ken knew the importance of closing on time and made it happen! The morning of the closing he was standing in the lobby to greet me when I arrived with my Realtor. He made me feel 100 percent welcomed and appreciated as a customer. The conference room was set up (and I loved the sign greeting me personally:)) and all the papers were in order and ready to go!! Ken was able to answer any and all questions I had specific to North Carolina Real estate since my first house was purchased in Maryland. I found Ken to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the closing itself was a lot of fun! Being in the industry in some capacity my entire career I know how much effort went into making sure the closing happened on time and it was greatly appreciated!!
