A couple year back the firm helped me do well against an unjust situation. Today Mr. Gerber met me on a Saturday for advice on pay problems at a new job.

Horrible experience. I just tried to as a question. Was very rude not much help. He hunged up before I said bye. I was like wow. I can't believe it.

They have an odd way of handling situations. I would look into a different law firm.

Not polite! They cut you off and won't let you finish what your saying. Don't bother calling them! No help at all.

Kinda rude and hung up on me

I got fired from UPS this morning called this firm and the lawyer did not want to take my case because he said they probably planned to fire me, but then why let me come into work this morning and work 8 hours then just fire me I was working the job for four weeks no way they just planned to fire me because I did my job right. He said, he won't waste his time because it's no case. I think there is a case because I came to work on time every night, I never played around at work or did anything unsafe in any type of work environment. ONE RUDE TRASHY LAWYER!!!

Wow, I'm kind of floored at the moment. The person on the other end of the phone was very rude and followed that up by hanging up on me. One would think that customer service would be a focus considering the kind of work they do and the nature of the clientele's mindset at the time of calling. I won't recommend this group, because how can I? Apparently I am not the only one getting hung up on based on some of the other reviews, so its definitely part of their culture. BOOO.
