If there was a negative 5 stars he would be getting it from me!!! I called Bill to inquire on a legal matter. He was extremely vulgar, wildly insensitive, and pompous when confronted on the matter. I would NEVER recommend Bill Slocumb to anyone who was victim to a heinous crime.
