Poor service,

Sarah Rich handled a citizenship case for my husband who unfortunately had a criminal history. It took some fighting on her end, but every step of the way she kept telling us everything would be o.k. and kept us informed through out the whole process. We are very thankful to her for all her services, very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of immigration services. Thank you again to Sarah Rich, to her paralegal Jose and receptionist they were all very helpful through all the process, we can not thank you enough!

Sarah is amazing!! I was late for my 4:30 appt on a Friday! (They close at 5pm)
I couldn’t apologize enough, but the girls in the front were great about it, and laughed it off. Sarah gave me her full attention and time. My free consult ran way past “office hours” but that just goes to show how much they all care about each individual case and person. She gave me advise that I had to pay $100.00 to get else where. She could of held information from me but instead empowered me with the knowledge I needed and what my right are in my situation.
This is seriously the first review I ever wrote on google. I see comments as a waste of time. We all have different experiences and everyone has bad days but the rating this law firm has is surreal. These ladies are doing amazing work for the community. If your looking for a place that will care for you and show your case the respect it deserves, Sarah’s law firm has it.. THIS IS THE ONLY IMMIGRATION LAYWER IN BAKERSFIELD YOU SHOULD HAVE ON YOUR SIDE!!!!

The two stars are just because they were able to see me quickly and the receptionist and lawyer seem nice. However, she only saw me for like 5 minutes and did not ask many questions or even see the documents I brought. She basically told me she could not help and to come back when the date for applying to citizenship was closer. Did not show much knowledge or any interest in hearing my concerns. Will seek someone's else help, but thanks for listening I guess!

Sarah rich is a liar and a stealer, she stole all my money. She betrays her clients she even spoke to the lawyer who was against me. She does not defend you at all and she is super lazy.She leaves everything for the last minute and she did not even win my case and she stole my money.She only steals money. Do not go with this lawyer she does not work at all. She says she puts alot of work when she does not work at all. She is a licensed robber. She always says everything will be fine,and then she betrays you and steals money .She does not even win the cases.

Great experience, my questions were always answered, the whole porcess to get a green card through marrige took less than 6 months.
