Mr. Ausman's office deals with divorce, family law, personal injury law and criminal defense. I'm very surprised about some of the negative reviews that I have seen. Like with any lawyer, you need to set guidelines, limits, and have an open dialogue at all times. Accordingly, he handles very complex and emotional cases; people will naturally overreact to any slight. That being said, I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ausman and his team. Call backs were timely and he listened intently to what were the needs in my specific case. The outcome was positive because we worked collaboratively in this case together. Bill and his team have done a tremendous job on our case. From handling the request for visitation, the parental termination case, and lastly the stepparent adoption of our family’s case. The team have handled our case both professionally, and in a timely manner. Going to court about 8+ times in a year can add up, but the offices were reasonable with fees and never overcharged. We are very happy with their services and will be recommending them for any future family law matters.

The office is easy to find (with parking right in front), and the staff is very welcoming, friendly, and efficient! I have used this firm on two occasions. Bill would always spend a lot of time with me, answering all of my questions and concerns.
