Almost 3 years ago, while I was stopped at a stop light a drunk driver rear ended me at full speed. This caused a significant whip lash injury which made it very difficult for me to work and carry on with the responsibilities of life. After being injured in an accident with an uninsured motorist, I was at first angry, worried, scared and very frustrated. My insurance wouldn't do anything for me and said they couldn't cover because the other person was saying he did have coverage, which he obviously didn't.
