This is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have ever experienced. He answers the phone, ‘Hello, this is Ken.” I was floored by his down to earth, compassionate and honest approach to my questions. He is straightforward, and he knows the law. He’s not guessing, … he knows. He gave of his time to me, and answered questions that were above and beyond what an average ‘consultation’ would include. He charged me nothing, and even recommended I wait, until my son is better ( as he is currently in recovery ) before we refile, regarding custody of his twin sons. I was devastated at my sons predicament before talking to Mr. McDaniel. Turns out we don’t need an attorney at the moment, but rest assured as soon as we do, we won’t even consider looking elsewhere. He is authentically concerned for your best interest. We need more of that in the world today. Honestly, I left the conversation feeling as if I had talked to an old friend, and wishing, I had a job for him. If you have a family law matter, don’t even consider going to anyone else.
