April is lacking knowledge of Trustee responsibilities. She thinks you work for her. She doesn’t understand she’s employed by you. She’s very confused on procedure in the court. The Judge told her she wasted time and was not to charge me for her phone call in. She loves continuance . She didn’t keep me informed of documents from other counsel. She filed notice of hearing late , the Judge called her on it. She didn’t want to follow through with necessary actions needed to move the case at a decent speed. She wanted to keep sending 4,5,6 request. She should of compelled to get evidence. Finally she quit the petition because she couldn’t pull it off. I became pro se and the case went to trail . I pulled it off and got what I hoped for by the Judge, after 2 day trial. Then she quit doing business, probably not related to my petition. Her paralegal is out of control ( he gave me legal advice) . I left a meeting once and she had given me things to do. I Hurd her to work. She didn’t do much for almost $7,5000. I believe in Karma and it all works out good for the honest . April lacks being honest.

April and Brittany are attentive, professional, and polite. They many you feel like you're in good hands. April was familiar with the opposing counsel in my case, and their reputation and tactics. April is also familiar and experienced with the SLO court judges and commissioners. While having experience in your side doesn't guarantee anything, it certainly helps your odds.
