Worst office EVER! I retained her for a Disability case and she NEVER SENT IN THE PAPERWORK! When I called they would say they were still waiting for a response. After 11 months I called the SSA myself to inquire and found out my case was closed due to not receiving my request for appeal. When I called to ask about it they were unable to provide the supposed tracking info on the paperwork. Then when I tried to call them again they kept hanging up on me. RUN AWAY FROM HERE AS FAST AS YOU CAN! There are plenty of competent lawyers in the AV. Look elsewhere for help.

I retained Pat Murphy last October. I saw her twice (initial free consult and to sign the petition) and paid her $1000 retainer and almost $500 to file a petition for divorce - uncontested and no property or kids - I have never heard from her since. I have gone to her office 4 times and called more tan 15 times to date. She is never there and the office girls (different one almost every time) tell me they will leave messages or said that they sent her a text that I had called to get any information on my case. The court cashed my check on 12/24 and filed the petition on 12/27. But NOTHING has been done since. NOTHING! I am at a loss because she has never returned any of my calls or been in her office any time I have gone in. I've never heard of this type of issue with any other lawyer making $1000 to file a 2 page document and then never getting back to their client. I'm out that money and STILL married!!!!!

The worst excuse I've ever seen as a " Attorney ". I do not recommend this disservice, find a competent one.
