I was rear-ended a few months back (I was stopped at a light to make a right turn just waiting on a pedestrian to cross the street and I was literally slammed into by a car that was going straight). The entire back of my car was smashed to where I couldn't open my trunk, and because my car was at a complete stop when it was hit by a car going pretty fast we (my passenger and I) experienced whiplash.

I immediately called my insurance who advised me on where to take my car etc. I was referred to Koppel Law (specifically Senn Koppel) by my passenger (who has had multiple amazing experiences being represented by Senn) due to my constant complaint of my back and neck pain. I have literally ZERO experience with attorneys and had no idea on what to expect. Senn happily took my call; the very first thing he was concerned with was my (and my passengers health/safety); he encouraged us to get checked out by a doctor just to be sure everything was ok, he then realized I was super nervous about this whole experience and was able to calm me down and make me feel super comfortable.

Let me tell you!!! He is sooooo patient, comforting, and knowledgeable about the law and was able to direct me to a chiropractor that would work with us (they didn't collect a penny or even talk about money), he was able to get through to my insurance and get me my $500 deductible back waaaay faster than if I didn't have representation (I know this because when my mom was in an accident it took them 6 months to mail her deductible back).

As a result of his work, my passenger and I were able to have our back and neck pain adjusted back to normal at no cost to us, a MORE THAN REASONABLE settlement thanks to Mr. Koppel (the other persons insurance initially low balled us; which since this was my first time dealing with a situation like this - I was fine with taking at first UNTIL Senn said we deserve more for our trouble/time and inconvenience of dealing with all of this). Overall, car accidents (especially ones that result in you being without a car for a few weeks and in pain) are a nightmare but Senn completely took care of EVERYTHING (and super quickly).

Since this experience I have recommended family/friends to Senn because I am confident that he is the best of the best. My family/friends have had the same experiences as me - he's informative and answers ALL and ANY questions (and he will answer questions in a way that people that aren't lawyers can understand), he continuously keeps you in the loop, and works unbelievably hard to get you the best results.

I highly recommend Koppel Law to anyone in need of legal advice/representation. If you're even debating on reaching out to him, I highly suggest you just do it (the least you'll get out of the call is the best guidance/professional advice) and if you're smart you'll finish the phone call at peace knowing that you are represented by the best lawyer that has your best interest at heart and will go to bat for you.
