Andrew ward does not return clients phone calls and a bit pricey

Andrew ward was the best attorney I have ever come across. He was responsive. He was honest. He is who I recommend to anyone I care about that is in need of a good attorney. In court he is great at speaking for his clients. I have No negative comments about him. Every interaction was professional and tactful.

Did not give me the time of day when i called and it is really disheartening that so many law firms are only in it for the money.

Failure to acknowledge a felony from a fled scene, and a DUI of an accident “hit and run”. furthermore, prior to our situation these are exact words I received from the trusted agent: “not making enough money out of the case, I’m only going to make 1/3 out of it, so there’s no point of starting the case. You can look somewhere else”. Not putting names out there to keep it professional and disciplined. You know who you are. However, it can tell a lot about the trusted agents caring about their people.

Nonetheless, I made more than 1/3rd of that case by the most helpful lawyers I have connected to, and actually put their effort to acquiring the evidence, even helping from our medical to our insurances. It’s great that they don’t mention anything about money, but how much they care about their customer, job, and what it means to be an actual lawyer.

Moral: stick with the values.

Mr. Ward is experienced, attentive, understanding, fair, willing to take the time to explain everything and above all professional assisting us with my Brother's child custody case. Worst experience ever took my 5000 all up in front didn't even show up at Court half the time represented myself judge asked me what did I pay for . Then the attorney would call me and then he started charging me for the phone calls as well. Mr Ward still has his name on my paperwork really do what you were paid for
