If I could give them zero stars I would . My daughter is 4 years old and contracted a low dose of herpes from Hesperia lakes . I talked to Tonya and she said because there’s no proof she got it from there even though I told her I spoke to a women that works there and she said that they had someone call with the exact same story as mine about a little boy and this women went camping at the SAME spot as my family 3 weeks PRIOR to my family so I didn’t know about this till after I got the camp site and after I called to notify them that their sand is contaminated . You guys helped me once and were amazing wish I would’ve talked to one of the other lawyers I dealt with in the past because not only did she sound annoyed at my story but she did NOT want to help my baby girl .

If there was a zero, I would pick 0.
They didnt keep in contact, they let us know months after they couldn't go forward with my case. Last that helped is in the office was the MOST rude.

Currently involved with a settlement with them. Only have called me three times since May2017. Feel like I'm always chasing down those who are assigned to my case but the front desk service is very polite & accommodating to the best of their abilities.

Hired Ripley law. Had a worker's comp attorney assigned to me. (Hal) He was going to get my medical and workmans comp payed.
Never got a penny from workers comp and didnt see one doctor. Unbelievable
Hired another law firm out of Long Beach. 7 months later I am having surgery on my knee and have been made an offer to settle my case.
