Met Mr. Saggese through a friend who suggested that he would be able to provide legal advice in regards to operating procedures of my small business that would enable me to pursue government contracts. His firm in particular his associate Lu Lobello who is an authority on government grants, and grant writing were able to help me meet the requirements to bid on over 500k of Federal, and County office furniture contracts. I give Saggese & Associate 5 stars as I had consulted with many other local attorneys who claimed to have experience in this field and was left with more questions than answers, and absolutely no plan of action. It's definitely worth your time to give these guys an opportunity.

He is a stand up guy who as always has clients back and will do his best. By far the best attorney I've had and I've had a couple. I still owe him money which I have every intention of pay he earned it hands down.

Best attorney in town, hands down!

For obvious reasons, I needed a lawyer! There were accusations made against me and they legitimately were not true. It was Marc up there with me side by side pulling the truth out of the accuser and boy am I glad it was him! He not only got the truth out, but made the accuser look like an absolute fool while doing so. He pays CLOSE attention to detail with every little and major part of a case to prove your innocence. What's in the report and what's now being said on the stand and much MUCH more.
Amber is also an amazing asset to that office as well. Always took the time out to let you know what was going on with every move they made and laid everything all out on the table so they were more than prepared to stand in front of a judge and fight to prove my innocence.
Stephanie is the one up front who took every phone call I made along with everyone else in the world and let me tell you, I called A LOT! That woman was still never the less more than patient with me which helps anyone stuck in a bind because it makes them feel at ease.
