I hired Tingey law firm with confidence they were a good firm. At first I felt like I was being taken care of at a 5 star level. Now it's been almost a year since I retained them and all of a sudden I can't get a phone call returned from Juanita or get any of my questions answered. I feel abandoned and disrespected as a client.

If you need updates on your case and your paralegal is April...forget about it! April seems to only respond when she wants to, it's like pulling a teeth to get some updates regarding your case. I do hope it's only April that treat their customers like this. Very upset!

These guys are life savers. I was having a terrible experience dealing with chiropractors, insurance adjusters, collection agencies, and I really didn't know what to do. I was a passenger in a rear-end collision that was not my fault and somehow I was being treated as if everything was my fault. I had the misunderstanding that I would be taken care of. That is WRONG.
I worked with Juan Gallo, and he did an awesome job getting all the people off my back after he started working all that stress went away, I'm sure at no small effort on his part. He did a fantastic job of explaining what could be done at this point and he did his research. They were able to get all the medical bills taken care of by the insurance company, which never would have happened without them, and I am going to get money back for pain and suffering, which originally the insurance company had cancelled my case because it had "been too long". These guys are awesome, if I could give them a higher rating than 5 stars I would.

Juan helped me out tremendously. He was very persistent and stayed in great commnication with me. He was uofront and honest. I was in a car accident that wasn't my fault with the other party trying to get off. There was a small amount of insurance to work with for all my medical needs. He was able to get reductions and got me into see doctors asap. I didn't have to pay out of pocket for anything and still got a settlement to help get a new car.
I will always recommend them and go to them for any issues that may come my way.
