I contacted the Lemon Law attorney about the issues I was having with my 2017 Fiat 500x. They were very nice and told me what was needed in order to make a claim. I emailed all the service invoices from the dealership, the purchase contract and registration. I was told it could take up to 3-6 months for an offer. I got mine in a month. I accepted the offer and had the check in within two weeks. I was very satisfied with their service.

They're awesome, I had to deal and struggle with a Dodge Durango 2016 breaking down every 3 months for 3 years...and they helped me. It could not have been possible without their help. They are very friendly and know what they're doing. Got me a cash settlement within 2 months!!!!!

Cadillac and the dealer made my life a living H#@L. GM kept saying it was up to the dealer (Boucher in Waukesha, WI) and Boucher said it was GM. I tried for 4 months to get them to fix the car or replace the car. They just ignored me until I contacted Lemon Law Attorney. Then, GM/Boucher became immediately cooperative. Boucher acted as the agent for GM when they took the car back (not my choice as I wanted a replacement as I had less than 4,000 miles) and then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy another Caddy!!! GM and Boucher are out of touch with reality. If they had taken the time to treat me like a Cadillac owner, I would have been their biggest fans. All they did was ignore me. I even had to pay to have the Cadillac towed from Crest Caddy to Boucher Caddy (4 mile tow) as Crest would not work on the car. GM did not care, Boucher did not care about the customer.

When I first called them I was expecting a lot of paperwork and a long process. I was shocked and extremely pleased at how smooth the process was with minimal work on my end. I highly recommend giving them a call and seeing what they can do for you!

Had a 2017 GMC Canyon Duramax. The rear diff went out at 9,800 miles, dealer fixed. It went out again at 36k miles. I called GM and demanded a buyback, they refused. I demanded a brand new factory built rear end, GM refused again. So, the dealer fixed the rear end again. I contacted the Lemon Law Attorneys and they got involved on my behalf. I received a monetary cash & keep compensation offer and took it. The rear diff then failed again at 46k miles. GM FINALLY agreed to send me a factory new "updated" rear diff assembly. It was replaced, and then the truck was traded in... NOT on another GM product.

If you're having trouble getting results with your lemon, call these people. They're not cheap (took 1/4th of my settlement), but they got me a settlement and I don't think GM would have done anything without them involved. Overall VERY, VERY happy with my decision to call them.
