After a few lawyers drop my case. My case was referred to gazda and tayadon. My case was really difficult because I had gotten into different car accidents within a day part of each. After a difficult 5 years fighting my case I can finally say it's almost finialzed. Not only did they take my cases but also won it. My husband was in a car accident back in 2011 and his case was transferred to Gazda & Tadayon from a different attorney. Long story short- everything was settled and paid in 2011 so when a $3400 bill showed up in January of 2019 we were shocked and upset to say the least. After first contacting the provider and attorney, I honestly thought we were getting screwed over and would be stuck with the bill because of the back and forth between them and the stories being told.... like our case was still ini litigation?? When I asked for a copy of our settlement disbursement it was somewhere in storages.. howevero to my surprise and relief, Gazda & Tadayon paid the bill in full!! While this service was included in the original lien and should have been paid out of the settlement in 2011, due to the mix up ( probably a result of changing attorneys) it wasn't. I have heard of several attorneys in similar situations that don't pay the bill but that wasn't the case here!!!! We are so thankful that this was resolved! I would definitely recommend this attorney purely because they area honest and did the right thing for us, so they'll do what's right for you too!
Hopefully we won't need to hire an attorney again, but if we do, I'd definitely go with them!

Losing a loved one is hard enough and then finding out you have to deal with a wrongful death is equally hard, that's why I sought out Luis.

Let me start off by saying Luis Gazda is far from professional. He violated tons of rules. For example conflict of interest as he signed my sister and myself when I told him we both have different agendas. Then broke confidentiality talking to a whole bunch people that he shouldn't be talking to about my case. I also called in at least a couple times a week but always got the run around. All I wanted was to know was what was going on with my case and it would be months until I finally got a hold of Gazda.

As of April 2016 I wanted to go a different route in my case and ended up speaking with his assistant/ secretary named Marla. She was extremely rude and screamed at me because she didn't agree with what I was saying. I got a letter a few days later saying they dropped me.

I was fine with them dropping me but the problem I was having is that when the insurance company finally said they were ready, I was informed Luis Gazda put a lien on my case. Yes he was the one that dropped me and in his contract it states that I only have to pay him of I signed an agreement with the settlement and he dropped me before all of that.

I get a bill for $20k from Luis. He literally is charging me for Manila folders, paper clip, binders sheets, photo copies and basic supplies and I consulted this with a different attorney and they said they never heard of such requests. I'm just warning anybody going through them please be careful!
