The savings in my own time was worth way more than her fee.

She repeatedly made mistakes while filing winnable motions with the court, which caused them to be denied because she didn't file them properly - rookie mistakes. I have always questioned the legitimacy of Nadin's good reviews after what I went through. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from her.

This attorney will charge you a consultation fee only to upsell you on her other services. She is a complete JOKE! Paid for a 30 minute consultation in which she was over 20 minutes late to and tried to sell me other legal services I had no interest in. I paid almost a $150 to listen to her say, "I'm not sure" about 1000 times. Her positive over the top reviews are written by her under ghost accounts. I posted another negative review about her on Avvo and SHE TRIED TO GET IT TAKEN DOWN! Avvo emailed me saying the attorney was disputing it! She steals my consultation money and then instead of offering to refund me she tries to get my poor review removed. Avoid this attorney at all costs!

Update - Copy and paste Nadin Cutter's 5 star reviews to Review Skeptic (a web-based computer algorithm that spots fake reviews) and a non-biased computer program thinks most of the are FAKE!

Nadin Cutter and her staff are kind, caring, and personable...and that's just the initial interview. We hired her to terminate parental rights, which is extremely difficult, even with overwhelming evidence.

She obviously put so much time and effort on our case. Reading through the verdict, every important and pertinent point that needed to be made, was done in absolute and convincing fashion. Furthermore, she treated my family with great compassion at every step of the process.

Personally, my favorite part of our experience is Nadin's ability to go from amazingly sweet to "f#$% you up" at the flip of a switch! (Sorry, but I'm making this as detailed and honest as possible lol!) There is NOTHING shy or reserved about this woman when it comes to defending her client! I hired Nadine to do the collections for my small business. She was very particular about getting her retainer in the form of a cashiers check in a prompt manner to her which I did. Once I gave her the retainer she completely stopped communicating with me. She did not reply to emails or phone calls. Her assistant was rude and claimed that she was never available. After a few weeks of trying to get in contact with her we requested our retainer back and she promised to mail it. She never mailed it and again it was weeks and weeks of contacting her office to get a retainer refund. She took over a month to return the money and then STOLE $500 out of the retainer claiming she needed it for administrative costs although she NEVER did ANY work for us. When I called her and asked her for an accounting of the $500 deduction she stated that "its internal information that I cannot release".

Huge mistake my wife borrowed 3,000$ from a family friend Nadine showed up to court after we met and talked on 3 separate occasions and at court still asked the same questions as if she didn't even know what it was about and spent 20 embarrassing moments getting chewed out by the judge then a few weeks later told us we owed her more money.. lol I wouldn't take her If she was free. Also don't fall for the award show she puts on I researched all these supposed awards and there Paid for advertising in magazines that nobody reads. You want a real power house attorney call Jeffrey Shainer he is awesome and only charged 2,000$ and won the custody case and my wife's house back
