Came to get my ticket situated, and they were incredibly fast easy and professional. Would definitely recommend them for anyone in trouble with a ticket !

Brought my 16 year old in for a speeding ticket. Trying to teach him to take responsibility for his actions and made him pay for it.
As agreed they had it dropped to a parking ticket with a small fine. Happy they were there to help him.

I'm giving it 3 stars because of horrible customer service! I went in because of a speeding ticket and I was leaving the country for a while, and couldn't deal with it personally. I talked to Adam, and it went well and easy. But did find it weird that they don't give you some kind of contract, or receipt besides the one from when my card was swiped. Paid the fee and was told he'd let me know the outcome, via mail. I never received a letter,and my roommate gets the mail often, no pink envelope. I was finally able to get a hold of them,and they email me the results. Or so they said. The email was only part of it, which I didn't know until I received a call. They called me the day that it's due! I owed twice as much to the city! Apparently Adam is no longer with them, and his cases/office was a mess, or so I was told.
My ticket was amended to a parking ticket which was the outcome I wanted,so worth it in that case, but I almost miss the due date which could've resulted in a warrant, and no one wants that!

They didn’t take my proof of insurance to court with them . When I called Pink building and asked why the court was requesting it from me with less than 2 weeks to provide it to the judge or I would have a warrant issued? I was told that the judge didn’t care that the lawyer had it and still wanted it provided from myself along with being charged for not updating my address on my drivers license even though I had just moved to new address about two weeks before receiving ticket. I called LVJC traffic and was advised that the judge would not have done that if the proof was provided. I’ve spent all week getting it straightened out and could have just shown up to court myself and probably would have paid less. I emailed them my frustration in reference to what happened and never heard back from them .They got their money......my insurance never lapsed , as you stated. You need to review your files. The judge was never proved proof . I have taken time off work to ensure it’s been cleared .

Called a different group and did everything online. The pink house needs to come in to the 21st century.

Been coming to 702 traffic for over 10 years. They have always helped me reduce my spending ticket to a parking ticket with no points on my record. My insurance never goes up. Well worth the money!!!

1 * is way too generous I had called ahead of time when I had a no seatbelt and no turn signal ticket in Clark county municipal Court the owner the man told me was the owner quoted me $100 to fix them both. When I got there he said that I was putting words in his mouth and called me a liar actually he is the liar and I wouldn't use this business or recommend it to anyone. I consequently got them both have them for $100 somewhere else
