It's all about money here! They wanted $5000 for, well let's just say something I really don't need to do. (Besides above), Integrity was an issue as well.

Very helpful, informative and and incredibly patient. Nicholas Darius and Miss Denise were right there to help me through filing. If I called or emailed there was an instant reply by either of them. Keith Knochel charged me $90 just to get a mega-quote on a basic legal product in a phone conversation that took all of five minutes, four of which were spent exasperatedly trying to communicate a simple fact to him about USPS. There is a six-letter word that starts with R and ends in a double consonant that well describes this phone conversation.

They will over charge you. They bill falsely. When you talk to a secretary, they bill you as if you talk to the lawyer directly. I retain these people for $3500 they represent me once, then asked for another $1200. I was unable to understand why they were billing me their way they were . I would recommend someone else highly

Didn't listen to what I was saying and didn't seem to care to try and help me.

We retained the Knochel Law Office to represent us in a construction arbitration case. We knew there was going to a battle in defending this and it was going to get messy. Keith and his co-counsel, Ron Dowdy, took the time to understand our side of the story and how best to work through the process. Keith is an absolute bulldog when it comes to direct and cross examination of the opposing side and it was good to know he was on our side. After several months of discovery, depositions, and finally, the arbitration hearing, we were awarded everything we could have asked for.
Keith, Ron, and the rest of the staff at Knochel Law Office did a great job and stayed on top of our case throughout. Thanks guys!
