I don't know what the other two reviewers are talking about but Bonnie was fantastic in getting our deed done adding me to my fiance's property. We contacted her on a Monday and had the deed signed on Tuesday mid-morning. We were in and out in 15 minutes without a hassle. Vary rude, no knowledge on a simple question...

Beyond rude. The B word comes to mind. As I was trying to explain what I thought I needed, her office person basically accused me of trying to scam her and cause her to loose her license. Whatever license that is. Then she hung up on me. No attempt to find out what documents I already had or what they might be able to help me with. Forget these people. No star would be my real choice.
