Unfortunately I have to agree with Lura Roberts review. I contacted Josh last July regarding an error he made when he recorded our Warranty Deed. At that time he told me he would correct it. A couple months went by and I heard nothing. I made several attempts to call and always either got the answering machine or a full voicemail box recording, but no call back. Finally in November I sent him a threatening text to get his attention. He did reply then and sent me a cover letter to attach to the deed. I again emailed him asking him to take care of the re-recording. Again no reply. So I took care of the re-recording and the additional recording fee for his error. Needless to say this is not someone I would recommend.

I paid for a legal document back in May and it is now August and I haven't even received a single draft.

Update 8/27/19: Mr Hinton says he provided a draft at the end of June, but I contacted him on July 8th asking why I still hadn't received a draft and was told he was still finishing the draft. Mr Hinton has now explained the email was accidentally not sent. As there was no follow up call from Mr Hinton he assumed I had received it and I assumed he was still working on it.

However, this week I have been in contact with Mr Hinton and I have received both a rough and updated draft. My experience this week has been very favorable and I have appreciated the timely feedback. I am therefore changing my review from one star to three stars.
