This law firm is genuine. The attorneys are prompt and to the point, and the customer service is amazing. The paralegals can answer any questions related to starting a business. (i.e. what is a registered agent, what information will be published, what is a parent/child formation, etc.)

We used them last fall to help with the sale of our business, and the entire process lasted about a month. The attorney took days to return most calls. We were obviously a low priority. The work seemed very half-hearted. Our contract is not as strong as it should have been, and that has now become a bit of a problem.
We reached out via email to L4SB management after the sale was complete to express our concerns. We never heard back.
They were, however, very punctual in their billing.
Since the sale, I have received many referrals for future legal help, so I know there are choices. Do yourself a favor and shop around. It shouldn’t be hard to find someone more interested in your business than these folks

I spoke to Larry about my options for some troll who blackmailed my business and Yelp who scraped my business listing from google without my consent and put it online. This hi-jacking of my information led to there being a possibility of extortion. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Mr. Donahue who gave me good and honest legal advice totally free of charge, which lawyers never do. He could also empathize with my situation as the same thing happened to him, and he was very caring and reassuring. This company really is a lawyer for the people.

I luckily came across Law 4 Small Business on a Google search. I started out getting the $10/page contract review and boy was I glad I did. I was advised not to sign the contract and, in turn, saved myself from walking into a huge disaster. I will be using Larry and his team for all of my business' legal needs. Larry Donahue used fast talking to get my credit card information and charge me. He told me that there would be a very inexpensive flat rate of $10 to look over a contract. I actually couldn't believe it and asked him several questions to clarify that this low price was real. Then I also included the quoted flat rate on our payment contract to be sure. Almost a month later he charged my credit card for $160 saying that the cost was $10 per page reviewed and denies that he ever quoted me the flat rate. This place is just after your money and nothing else.

I found them through a referral from an online legal form service that I had originally used to create a very complicated corporate merger from Texas to New Mexico. My original merge documents from the online form service were rejected by the NM SOS and time was of the essence to create the proper documents to resubmit to the NM SOS.
