I was charged with a very serious crime, and felt lost. I get on the phone I don't even talk with a lawyer and this lady is super aggressively rude. Talking very unprofessional and being Condescending and very loud when she spoke. To me this rang volumes with how they conduct business. Obnoxious.

I tried to do business with this law firm however the receptionist was rude enough that I will not. All of your potential customers are not criminals and don't need your services. If you would listen more than you talk, you'd know this to be true. You gave incorrect information because you didn't take the time to listen to what I was saying. I only worked with jack briefly before jurisdictions of my case was transferred. I can say this though, he was strait forward on my chances of winning and he refunded almost the entire retainer without an issue when he was no longer going to be able to represent me.

Waste of gas...You would think with a scruffy, run-down house it would be in their best interest to ensure that any potential client with money would feel valued, however when I came in with my case, Kenneth only disclosed that it would be around $1,200 to hire him, and not much else. I received more information on my very first phone call with Rasheed & Associates than I did in three minute "consultation" with Kenneth inside his messy office. Though, he did compliment my shirt...Pff!

4 previous attorneys and a senator didn't help me. But when I hired Jack, he helped me. Case dismissed. He helped me with getting court documents years after the case closed. Impressive presence in the court room. I think he really intimidated the opposing counsel by reputation. The judge even mentioned his impressive record. Their advertisement arrived in the mail the same day as a misdemeanor complaint, but like a fool I called them. I felt like I was being given the used car sales bit. When I asked about the fee, "for you today....." I felt like I was on Let's Make a Deal.
Then he told me the fee. End of conversation. I called another attorney, who's fee is less than half what these guys want.
Do your diligence before hiring them. They catch you when you are already emotional over what you just received in the mail, and they play on it. They hang at the court house and send out their flyers as someone files something against you. Ambulance Chasers!
DO NOT give them your credit card number. He tried to get me to give it to him over the phone.

I called to get info on record sealing and was hung up on. So i called baxk and was told to contact a lawyer where the charge took place even tho i live in new mexico.

Jack is the best attorney I've had... he got me off probation and I didn't even have to go to court. The probation officer I had was about to give me a nervous breakdown. If it wasnt for Jack no telling where I would be? He is super smart and helped school me on the law. I also got a conditional discharge

No nonsense attorneys. They didn't promise me anything or make me feel like I was going to win my case without a fight.

They took my information down and did some long hard research and found out that there some hope for me getting exonerated.

After 8 months of interviews with police and witnesses the prosecution finally dismissed my case. 2 other attorneys I talked to told me they could get me a great plea deal.

Three lawyers in Albuquerque told me that I couldn't be let off of probation early and that it was impossible. One lawyer even told me he would charge me just to research whether or not he could do it. Jack was a diamond in the rough. After my free consultation he called me back in 3 days and told me he found a good motion that I should file to let me off of probation early. His price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work he did to help me with my problem. He filed my motion and within 3 months I was off of probation permanently and loving life again without having the cops interfering with my everyday life.
