I have some issues with hotels not giving me my property back and private investigators following me around and security teams invading my privacy

I was at a hotel in Gallup, NM and was injured when I slipped-and-fell on black ice in the hotel parking lot. I later found out the custodian forgot to salt the area where I fell. I contacted the hotel and got nowhere with the its liability carrier. I'm a trial attorney in L.A. and called Ben Davis to whom I have referred a number of clients over the years. Very caring and fought for me when I couldn't fight for myself.

Don't bother with this law firm. I was intentionally and severely injured during a procedure that was suppose to have very minimal risk factors but came out with injuries that are alot worse than any risks associated. This Law firm initially asked me about what happened and then called me back to tell me that they cannot take my case because they are to busy focusing on to many other cases at the moment. The truth is, you cannot have a case if you do NOT make enough money so if you are on disability or the doctor intentionally injures you like he did me, they will not accept your case but they will not tell you this either, you will have to do your own research. Lawyers will not go after your case if it can't atleast generate half a million dollars. So, with that being said, be very careful with which doctor you choose to perform anything on you because they will in about 99.99% of cases get away with whatever happens to you, whether it was neglect or intentional. BE VERY CAREFUL!

Thank you for your reply. I actually gave the rating because I was very disappointed to not receive a return call after four messages during a four-week time frame were left. That was after my paperwork had been left with the firm for over 6 weeks. Two of the four messages were with a woman who was very apologetic and promised I would get a call back within 48 hours. That never happened. Then once I left the review, I received the documents in the mail that you were not able to take my case. So the lack of professionalism and consideration was the reason for the review.

I was initially concerned about hiring an Attorney in Albuquerque since I live in Burbank, but I made the best possible choice with Ben Davis. Ben worked on my case for 3 years, nothing about the case was easy, I found Ben to be professional but also willing to share a laugh. Ben was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. Ben Davis has a high level of integrity, something that is difficult to find in today’s world. My case is now resolved and while I hope that I never again need his help, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO REFER BEN OR HIRE HIM AGAIN. 5 STARS

ben davis took my dog attack case even thought there were no other witnesses, unlike some others who did not see a fast payoff in a settlement. he expressed no fear of going to trial if a mediation could not be reached. the confidence he expressed kept my doubts in check. and he backed it up by winning!

For the past two years, I have been privileged to have Ben Davis as co-council on my medical malpractice suit. He and his wonderful assistant, Jennifer Byers, worked many, many hours beyond the call of mere duty on my case. Unfortunately, we did not win the first round of the case, but are going forward with an appeal, which means many more hours of hard work.
