Douglas Booth was our Bankruptcy Attorney in 1998. We were young New Mexico college students with a baby. He graciously accepted our case and we paid the fee. Two years later when we moved out of state because of a job offer we found ourselves and our young family homeless. Douglas Booth our bankruptcy Attorney we hired did not report the bankruptcy to the creditors as promised. Douglas Booth our Bankruptcy Attorney only reported the bankruptcy to the major credit reporting agency and not the individual creditors. Douglas Booth's actions and the actions of his office, lowered our credit scores and each creditor was written off as bad debit, and not included in bankruptcy as promised by Douglas Booth Attorney at Law Santa Fe New Mexico. All the landlords required a credit check. It took six months of letter writing and phone calls to fix the mess Douglas Booth's office left for us and we remained homeless during this time until we notified each creditor individually ourselves. I would not recommend spending time or money on a bankruptcy attorney unless you get in writing exactly what services you are paying for.
