James Belote and his team are wonderful. My fiance and I hired them after a drunk driver hit us and they handled our case how you would want an attorney to handle it. We agreed to a settlement we were both satisfied with... We never had to worry about anything and they always kept us updated. Crystal and Marva (his legal assistants) are the best. They always answer questions and return your phone calls, answer emails, etc. I highly recommend this law firm. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Will definitely use again if needed.

I went to see James after an injury to my shoulder. Being in a wheelchair, it put me in a difficult place.
At our first meeting, he explained the process and seemed hopeful. As I left he told me to have my surgery and get healed back up. That was MY job. It was his job to deal with the legal part.
He updated me every step of the way. Crystal and Marva were there for me as a shoulder to cry on when things got tough. If I sent an email, it was responded to by the end of the day if not sooner.
At the very end, he brought us in and said we were close to settling. I told him it would be a while before I could get back up to get the check as my husband was going in for a know replacement. He told me not to worry, he'd take care of it. When the check arrived, he came up to the hospital to deliver the check!
Throughout this process, I felt taken care of and they were there to support us.
All I can say is thank you.

I was rear ended by a lady that had minimum liability. James told me to get better and as soon as everything is done and we had the bills, he would go to work. Needless to say, her insurance did not cover my medical bill. But James was not only able to get my medical bills covered, he was also able to get me money as well.

I was hurt in a car accident by someone who wasn’t paying attention on the road. I’ve never been in a car accident before and found myself stressed out on top of being in pain! I had no car due to the car accident and was returning back to school for my last semester. I decided to give James a call to see if he could help me and it was the best decision I ever made! It was like if a ton of bricks was lifted off my shoulders. All I had to concentrate on was getting physically and mentally better. They did the rest for me. At the time Marva was his assistant and she contacted me every week with an update or to see what how I was doing. James called me multiple times to personally talk to me and see how I was doing. I felt like they really cared about everything and made me feel 100% in great care. They ended up settling the case with 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend them!
