Sure the lawyer is probably amazing, however his receptionist is a nightmare. I just had a very interesting experience in which she informed me a used car is a lemon law case, which we all know isn’t possible in Oklahoma. When I politely stated that she got rude and literally hung up in my face. When I called back immediately to ask for her supervisor, she informed me he was out of the office and SHE; despite being the one the complaint was referencing, can take a message for him. That was a hard pass.

I guess I deserved that treatment for asking if they handle this type of case or could refer me to someone that did. Referrals are usually pretty common and beneficial. However, hanging up on a potential client because they were better versed in the law than you is unacceptable. Needless the say, McKenzie wasn’t my favorite person. This by no means reflects the talent of skill of the lawyer as I never actually had interaction.
