It was a difficult challenge as I am from Spain and the trial was made in Oklahoma, but he accepted to represent me and he won.
He wisely and respectfully explained to the Judge and my in-laws our point at the courtroom and the Judge eventually, after a long consideration that lasted more than 6 months, understood that I was fit, a valid person, and aligned with the will of my niece's parents.

I spoke to a Brooke who works in the law office there. To say the least, I was not impressed by her people skills or lack thereof. She had called me informing me to call her back which in turn I did and we went on to discuss what she could do for me if anything but before she could continue on I had informed her that I had already spoken to five different family law attorneys who refuse to work with me because of my financial situation. I told her that the attorneys had informed me that they were unwilling to make payments or help me make payments so they ended up hanging up on me and not helping me which then made me reach a point of finding someone else who was more flexible and willing to help me and meet me where I was at. So I simply told her that I had found someone else to work with but I didn't need her assistance in that I found someone that would be more than willing to meet me where I was at to which she responded with a snide remark and told me that I would have been lucky to go with them instead. I did not appreciate how unprofessional and rude she was and if those are the people that work in that law office I'm not interested in getting any help from them.

Todd is a great caring attorney. Put me at ease and fought for me in the courtroom. Was very good at keeping me informed and was very professional and new a lot about family law.
