Trevor furlong is not to be trusted the man's got a high IQ but low trustworthiness. He will scribble down notes and tell you this is how it's going to be but I would not trust him. He took my sister who is mentally challenged and deaf and give her settlement to a stranger that had talked my sister into getting power of attorney. I'm so devastated she's been through a lot with the car wreck and now her money just given to some stranger.

I called for over a month requesting feedback on a medical malpractice death case to see if it had been, at the very minimum, reviewed. I was told initially it would be reviewed in a week and Ashlynn would call me by the following Friday with the conclusion. I never heard from her despite calling 1-2 times a week asking for an update. I was constantly transferred or told she was out to lunch. Today I called back again asking for an update and was told they were in trial prep so they had not been able to respond. I understand trial prep, been there done that for my job, I have never been so busy with it I was unable to simply answer a call and follow through with telling someone I would contact them. A quick update saying the initial time frame she gave for review would not be met due to their workload would have been sufficient, understood and respected. The constant dodging of responsibility, lies, and inability to follow through is not acceptable. I will not use your law firm to represent my family. You made it apparent our family and the death of our loved one is not important enough for you to even look into professionally.

Granted this company started out awesome. But now that have taken 7 months to finish a case that should of been done and over with with in 2. They had me sign my car over and now are asking for my title to a car that was already handed over to the other company. They don't call or e-mail to let me know how my case is going. I am so upset about this.
