Took 4 1/2 months for my appeal to go through. Not that it was the law office fault but everything they told me was almost correct. They said the appeal was rescheduled because of the appeal officer was out sick and would be rescheduled in 3 or 4 days- it took 6 weeks and the unemployment office said my employer asked for an extension. Then after I won they said they would notify me about payment-I had to notify them about the payment.

Oklahoma unemployment is dishonest and did everything they could to deny my benefits. I was fired from my job. I asked for documentation when I was fired and told the cops would be called if I didn’t leave. This is what I told unemployment and I was denied benefits. So I had to pay an attorney 20% to get the money already due to me and had to wait 5 months to get it? This is typical Oklahoma and I will never work there again. I should received damages for having to fight and wait for the money due to me.

Also, Krystal would only take my calls after calling twice.
