I would probably give him a 0 if that was a possible rating. Was informed by him that I would need to send an email explaining my situation, so I sent the email as requested. After not receiving an email after a week of waiting, I tried to give him a call since I needed at least a response in email to be excused from work. All I received when calling asking for an update and if everything was good to go, his response was asking if I even sent an email in the first place with a hateful attitude, along with a "I thought I made myself clear on what was going to happen".. when I wouldn't be calling if he had made himself clear. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
We were excited to hire Pat. He seemed to be on the same page as us with trying to get visitation of my stepdaughter. It was the worst experience. Never returned calls or emails. Would get court reports, etc late. Was even told the Gaurdian ad litem didn't fill out and turn in a review one time, I ended up personally calling myself to find out it had been done. A year later and $2500 later and nothing has been done. Nothing went the way he said it would. Hired a new lawyer and had more done in a week than was done in a year with this law firm.
