False advertising

Troutman and Troutman stated my son would appear to be a "druggie", and refused to take the case. My son is diagnosed with Paranoid schitzoprenia, mmdd, and PTSD. He's not a damn junkie.

My case still has not been resolved but I have faith in them. I deserve my SSI back and hope they can get it for me .I've lost Everything even tried to work part time and lost that. I'm getting worse and can't get help financially from anyone anymore. I've been diagnosed with new stuff but the surgery I need I can't get because I can't afford it. I prAy this speeds up and I don't die before. The state is backed up and that's not the firm's fault. If I win I do know others wanting to use them too. 2/19 I'd like to make this 4 star to a 5. No matter my outcome, with little I have to work with this company has helped in many other ways. I must say the office people have been so pleasant and understanding even during my "vents" and my "cries". I will send people I know no matter what. No other lawfirms or people I talked to even listened this much. Thanks.

Had Gayle and Steve as instructors in college. Worked hard to get A's in their classes respectively. But currently using one of their attorneys and never get contacted. Had to call 4 times to see if appeal would be filed in time. Received letter from Administration but was worded as of appeal was never file. Haven't heard from attorney since hearing in September. Before that, almost a year prior that I heard from attorney's secretary

Choosing this law firm to handle my case was a simple matter. I wanted to win at my Social Security hearing with the ALJ, so logic dictated I choose the best law firm to handle my case, and that law firm is Troutman & Troutman.
From the very first moment I spoke to Steve Troutman on the phone, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by all members of his staff. Some time later, I met with his assistant to give her all my information, and then began the waiting game. This is Social Security, and Social Security does not move at anything other than a glacial pace. Beware of that now.
At any rate, after the first meeting with the very professional and talented Ashley Goodman, I went for some time with only occasional updates for paperwork, etc;. I took no offense at this, because they are very busy, but I knew I wasn’t forgotten. The rare times I needed to speak with anyone at the law firm, I was either transferred immediately, or I received a callback within 2 hours. Every time without fail.
Once I received my Notice of Hearing, I met with Steve to go over any last minute details before going in front of the ALJ. The day of the hearing, I met with Steve again before seeing the Judge, and then in we went. I was in there roughly half an hour before receiving a Fully Favorable bench decision! And 6 weeks after that, my back pay is on its way to me.
I know this review is a bit long, but I want everyone who reads it to get a sense of the timeline. 15 months from when I retained Troutman & Troutman to when I attended my hearing.
If you’re seriously considering retaining a law firm, this is the one. I’m quite skilled at researching, and by far, Troutman & Troutman was the one to outshine all others. Besides their professionalism, they are all just good people, and they put your interests first at all times. Steve is also a Veteran, as am I, so I feel like he truly understood me.
Do yourself a favor and go with this law firm. It’s your future and your money, so put it in the right hands.

Had a good visit with my lawyer. Little rough on my legs and system Very tiring on me and hard on the legs. It was something I had to do. Tulsa makes me a nervous wreck because they drive like they are all nuts. And the road designs do not make it any easier.

Mr. Troutman used a strategy for my case that would have made the difference between receiving nothing and receiving the benefits I did. If I had pursued the case myself as was my first intention I would have most likely been turned down for my benefits.

I called, and gave a lady my name. She put me on hold. When she came back to the phone, she said she couldn't help me.

Now since I only gave her my name, she probably looked up why I was denied while I was on hold. Sounds illegal to me. Seems to me they only accept cases they know they can win.

I used Google maps to get to Troutman & Troutman. At first I thought the map was trying to take me the long way then I realized that it was right on point. Arrived at my destination without any hassle.

I dislike troutman and troutman because their commercials have faulse advertisement, && didnt even tell me why they wouldnt take my case!!!

The services i received was great! When they agreed to help me they gave my case the attention it deserved and treated me like a first class citizen and i received favorable results as a result of their professionalism. I would highly recommend their services to anybody in need of a Social Security Disability lawyer. Prior to hiring this attorney my first lawyer had messed up my case so badly they also had to fix his mess.

So they represented me it took a long time for different reasons to get my case settled. Now that's not the reason for the rating the reason for the rating is they have barely contacted me, and never informed me on my case unless I asked, also when it came to backpay they did not try to rush it at all. Also, someone I knew that got there benefits through a different law firm. Got there backpay before I received mine. I still have yet to receive mine after 90 days of being approved. They however received there's within 30 days of being approved. And there represented law firm contacted them daily with updates and even loaned them money during the case so they could make ends meet. To where troutman and troutman could care less about if there clients struggle As long as thy get paid they are happy. If I could put 0 stars I would. I ALSO ADVISE YOU NOT TO CHOOSE TROUTMAN AND TROUTMAN AS THEY DO NOT TRY HARD AND DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTELE.

First time I ever called all I did was give them my name and they rushed me off of the phone. I called agian and they still said no.

The receptionist was really nice, but I had to leave a message. Heather returned my call, but rushed me off the phone before getting Specific information about Me. After doing My Own research, I found out that I Do indeed, have a case! However, I NEVER got the chance to ask pertinent questions, because Heather didn't deem my call as "Important" (I guess) and hurriedly ended the call......

I would not recommend them because they are not truly interested in your case. You would not take my case because you said I could not win after only talking to me for about 15 minutes. Thank you! If anyone needs a good lawyer for social security disability claims don't use them. Use Teresa Grasso at Social Security Law Center, her and her staff are awesome! Teresa took my case and won my case for me!
