Mr. Finerty is the best at what he does he tells you like it is and gives his best. he's kind and caring and keeps you informed . I couldn't be happier with him and his assistant jodean because of them I'll be took care of the rest of my life !!

Finerty handled my case for a car wreck I was in which was not my fault. He did a great job handling my case which would have been very difficult for me to resolve on my own. He was able to resolve everything with the doctor bills and the other insurance company and it made everything easy for me and got it all settled. I operate at a level of pretty high anxiety normally, and when I had my first meeting with him I asked him to please not string me along if he thought he could not win my case.
At first it looked like disability would be out of the question. However with the research that he and his staff uncovered, it turns out that I have worked enough hours in my life to be eligible for my benefits.

When it came time to file my social security and supplemental security income claims, I knew picking the right attorney would be important. My case was denied initially by the administrative law judge. Michael filed the appropriate appeals and ultimately my case was appealed to the Federal Court in Muskogee, Oklahoma. My federal appeal was granted. My case was recently approved by the new administrative law judge assigned to my claim. It was a long battle but Mr. Finerty never gave up!

I don't know if our case fell through the cracks or if they are to busy to bother with us. My fiancé and I called multiple times about setting a consultation for an appeal.
