Mr. Paul Richardson was extremely rude, would not listen and hung up on me. I do not recommend this law firm. They do not care.

Friendly. But disappointed

Very helpful, professional, and kind, and helped us with an auto accident claim; they were patient and helpful when responding to our questions. The claim was settled sooner that we anticipated and we received more than we would have gotten negotiating the settlement on our own. I would use them again if we needed any legal assistance.

They truly care. They help people injured in car accidents or personal injury. The lawyers are compassionate and they helped a family member get everything they needed, we got the medical bills paid, and another vehicle. We will refer anyone needing a good lawyer to them.

So this firm strung me along for 2 years. Continually telling me what a strong case I had. From the first deposition paul b said in my ear, trust me they want to settle. Lol, now that I look back, this man was in it for quick buck. During the two years paul had 4-5 different assistants. There were 6 months that I never heard a word from this firm. Then 1 month before my statute of limitations would be up, he sent a letter stating he had spent 10,000 on my case and could not afford it! If you look at some of this firms true case history’s, you will see they are somewhat suspicious. I personally don’t see that this paul B, has a back bone and runs scared. Would not make a good trial lawyer for anyone. Staff very ill informed and who ever does their investigating work, is very inept.

My experience with RRB was excellent. When I went to RRB I was told to continue living life and not to worry because they would handle everything. I did however always feel I was in control of my case. Everytime a decision needed to be made I was given all information and the pros and cons of the decision was explained in great detail. My case was a rare case and not only went to trial but was decided by a jury. Watching Chuck, Gary, and Jason present a case which I had strong feelings about was incredible. Seeing how hard they had worked and how prepared they were was unbelievable. Throughout the trial, and a lengthy one at that, there was nothing they were not prepared for. During the trial they kept me and my sisters extremely informed. They were very professional and were never intimidated by anything. Going into trial was scary and nerve wracking to say the least. But having the best representation that feeling went away in opening statements.

I am writing this on my own free will. I was not asked or was it in any way implied that I should leave this review. I would have zero hesitation sharing my experience with anyone. Hiring a firm to represent you for something major in your life is no small task. It's extremely important you get the very best who does not view you as a quick easy paycheck. RRB is the best without question...

Just like everywhere else you get preapproval, but then when you talk to someone there hey tell you they can help and with your down amount you come up with; then when ya get there it's no different. They ignored everything you told them to begin with. 1: can't afford more than $400 down
2: can't afford more than a $400 pymt
Then tell you $400 down gives you an over $700 pymt for 3 months then over $500 after that. Now does that sound like anything that they were told to begin with before bating us in there on the pretence that $400 dwn would work. Think not!!!!

I saw the commercial for Richardson & Richardson, and decided to vsit Richardson & Richardson about a month ago. I was told that I would be able to meet with and talk to Mr. Richardson, and when I got there, I was only able to talk to another attorney who was not helpful.

Linda, Lia and Jason were all top notch - it wasn't a "fast" process (as you might imagine when dealing with insurance companies) but they did a great job keeping me informed along the way, getting back to me right away anytime I had questions, and we're very thorough (finding medical bills and records I didn't even know I had). I plan on never needing to use them again, but if something came up, I would definitely choose Richardson Richardson Boudreaux.

Not impressed with their creepiness and greediness. I had a case with them and because they thought that they didt have time for my case they would just put me on hole for the huge money cases. What is 1000 Attorneys at the bottom of an ocean? A good start! They waited 9 months to tell me they didn't want my case cause they were to busy after taking my case and stringing me along. Richardson Richardson Boudreaux is a first rate firm. They came to the rescue correcting an unfair judgment towards my elderly parents by an unscrupulous insurance company.
