He didn't know how many doctors I had, hospital visits, and seriously he actually told them i had something I've never been diagnosed! He knew I could win because of my right hand being hurt, so that's all he bothered learning about me! because of him i was termed "short term disability" when i have been sick for 17 years! Besides that he is rude and judgemental. We got this "attorney" to help with my wife's disability. We won, and he was paid (almost $5,000), and we were told that we would get back pay of $29,000. Now they (SSI) IS saying we have received ALL the money we will ever get (about $6600, $22,000 less than what we should have got). Called "our" attorney, and she said basically "tough luck," since they've been paid, they won't help us. DO NOT USE THIS GUY if you want anywhere near the money you are owed. Him, and his secretary, SO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, and are ONLY concerned with their money. If you want a 70 year old scam artist, and a secretary that will basically tell you "tough luck," then by all means go with this guy. What a scam artist.
