I have used Joe for two cases this year. One juvenile and a DUI case in Tulsa County. Im totally pleased with his work in both cases. He is very prompt, professional, and personable which is rare in an attorney. I will definitely use him again if needed.

I worked with Joe at Norwood Law Firm and could not have been more pleased with the service I received. I was in the loop throughout the entire process. Joe was always just a phone call away to answer any and all questions. Norwood law firm worked endlessly until I was pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend.
I’ve used Mr. Norwood on several matters both civil and criminal (the criminal case was with a close relative). In both matters, they were some what complex and he nailed both of them! The criminal case was dismissed because he fought an invalid search warrant and the state had no other choice but to throw the case out. We were very pleased! He’s still currently working on the civil case and he’s always prepared, professional and confident. We’ve already received an amazing offer and I know it’s because they realize he’s a fighter and that he isn’t scared to take the case to trial! I will continue to use him and I continue to refer everyone I know to him because he gets results!

I paid Joe Norwood $3,500 for two separate small claim case's one for $1,000 & another case for $2,500. Out of the $3,500.00 I paid Norwood Law I only received $830ish back. $2,670.00 was pissed away by sloppy attorney work & mistakes.
The first case was a small claims case where a SUB contractor had me roof a whole duplex & not pay. I asked Norwood how much for a small claims case for TWO plaintiffs to be listed against the defendants, Joe Norwood told me a $1,000. Norwood assigned my case to attorney Jamie Sicking.During our contact thru email, phone calls, one on one meeting, Norwood & Jamie Sicking knew what our agreement was. Instead Jamie Sicking files the small claims case with only one plaintiff, Jamie apologises & told me he would dismiss the case & refile. A couple month's go by I Email Jamie Sicking of the status of the case, Jamie Says he wants $700 more to refile. Which was never mentioned, & how am I responsible for the attorneys not sticking with the original agreement by having two plaintiffs, not just one plaintiff? Not only did i get screwed by the sub contractor, I got screwed by this attorney because he couldn't follow directions.
Second case Oct 2017
Even with the disagreements with the case above I gave Norwood Law another chance, I asked Norwood How much for a particular lawsuit, Joe Norwood said $2,500 @ $250 a hourly. I paid Joe Norwood once again. I paid Norwood Law in the Middle of Oct 2017, he promised to get on it right away. I texted him first of Nov 2017, Norwood said 1 to 2 weeks he would have my case filed. So I wait till Dec 1st 2017 asked him what the issue was, Joe Norwood said he apologized for the delay, he was busy, Norwood said he would have my case filed before Jan. Another month goes by now it's Jan 2018 I text Norwood telling him there's no point in filing now, I got no response. Late Jan 2018 on a weekend Joe Norwood calls me ask some questions and then says I'm sending you the petition which was on a Sunday. Petition was sloppy, wasn't even true or statements were incorrect, it was just a disaster. I then ask how much money can I get back, at this point I'm just disgusted. Joe Norwood sends me a check for barley over $800. Not only could Norwood or Sicking not file the petitions correctly, they also didn't even list the correct plaintiffs and still charged me for their mistakes. I paid this law firm $3,500, I only got back $830ish. $2,670.00 is alot to pay a attorney, to just make mistakes or be sloppy. I am in the process of filing a bar complaint against these two attorneys. I will not recommend this law firm anymore. If you decide to and use this firm, well you've read the buyer beware label now. Good Luck

I can't thank Joe Norwood enough for his professionalism and expertise while representing me for my personal injury case. He was always available when a question or concern came up and I never felt like I was left in the dark. I'm glad I chose Joe to represent me after I was injured and I always felt he had the best interests in mind.

Joe has been very helpful to my family,. I had been wrongfully charged with a DUI, he got that dismissed for lack of evidence, and the fact I am 48 and had never been in any trouble in my life. He was right there answering my questions and calming my fears. With never being in trouble I was scared! I am so glad he was recommended to me, he's a great listener, very helpful.
