If I could give 0 stars, I sure would. Sadly, it would even be for their legal work because, I couldn't even get an associate named Sterling to return my calls or emails. This was almost 5 months after our initial consult where alot of promise was given to my 2 year old daughters case potential.

I'm huge on customer service, but the people I dealt with at this firm.showed none at all.

The only person who remotley cared was the receptionist.

Shameful.

In my humble opinion, Oleg Roytman and his staff are the best. They got me a fair settlement and were so kind in doing so. Whenever I would call, the assistants would graciously take my call or return my call in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them if you need an attorney.

I was a physician for Saint Francis. In May 2016, I fell at work and ruptured a disc. I contacted this firm in September 2016 after I continued to have problems. Initially, I was very impressed with attorney I consulted with. Then, they would not return calls and I received no other correspondence from them. I assumed they weren't returning calls because they thought I didn't have a winnable case so I let the matter drop. I recently received a letter from OK Worker's Comp/Saint Francis detailing payments made to me. I have never received any worker's comp payments. When I tried to contact Smolen, Smolen, and Roytman to ask about the letter/payments, the attorney became hostile and threatening. I would think twice about using them. I am also considering filing a complaint with the Bar Association.

I was referred by another attorney for a no fault injury accident. I sustained long term/lasting brain damage and walked away with $7k. My life has been forever changed by no fault of mine but it was only worth $7k

Oleg Roytman and Bob Blakemore are the best attorneys at what they do not only in NE Oklahoma but the entire region! I was and still am a client of Oleg's after getting in an awful car wreck last year; and I could not have received better representation than I did thru Oleg, Stacey and the rest of his counsel. If you are in an auto accident that is not your fault and need representation I highly recommend going with this firm. Their thorough expertise and advice throughout this grueling, life altering process was truly second to none.

Car accident 2019 rear ended not my fault I was in pressed with that hard working group they have been great very helpful answers all my questions they will work hard and kick butt. Still have a ways to go but so far so good..I would recommend smolen to anyone..

This firm was referred to us by another attorney who did not handle the kind of case we needed help with. After the initial interview they said we had a great case against a former employer, from there it was down hill, they never returned phone calls, shifted the case several times to other attorneys in the office and as a result we ran out of time because the employer went out of business. This happened over the period of 2 years. DO NOT EVEN GO TO THESE PEOPLE... totally unprofessional
