For the second month in a row they have asked me to pay 216$ to a county that I paid off years ago. Tried telling me there was an email for said county confirming the debt. I call the county back on both occasions and they said Im clear. They also made me pay extra for a warrant that did not exist. Do not go through these people

They collect money for unpaid tickets and such. Who would like that? Plus when they call to remind of up coming payment, they always go through the spill of how non payment can lead to a warrant... like I don't know that. It feels more like a threat. I don't like the disrespect for my intelligence. Sry. But that's how I feel.

This is a scam. Do not give them any of your money. Call the court directly to confirm an amount owed if any.

A seemingly obvious scam. They will attempt to collect money from you to clear warrants; these warrants can only be cleared in court. The warrants they will attempt to scare you with are false. Initially they will bring up a fine from your past and say it is unpaid. Don’t trust these people. The warrant they claimed I had was false, and my fine had been paid off months ago.

This company is unethical and illegal and this public notice serves as further proof of my request to stop calling me !! I’ve blocked this number from my cell and now Kim is calling my 16 yr old son on his cell . It is illegal to discuss anything with anyone other than whom you are attempting to reach . Discussing my incorrect ancient driving record with my child breaks several federal phone / privacy/ collections laws and judging by this review site grounds for a class action lawsuit against your company.
Please leave me alone .

Receiving calls/letters about my birth dad who I have no contact with, thw woman on the phone tried to tell me they got my address from his when he was arrested which is literally impossible.

If you have to deal with Aberdeen I pray that you go thru Richard. He is literally the only nice person their. He will work with you on your payments. He doesn't treat you like a criminal. He is very respectful and considerate.

Whenever they harass me at work I just hit the ignore button. They're spending a lot of time/money for a few hundred dollar ticket. If everybody did this then this company would stop. Make it not worth their time

These people are harassing me. They claim that I have a warrant for an unpaid traffic ticket from 7 years ago! I have contacted the local authorities who have confirmed multiple times that I DO NOT HAVE A WARRANT and that I have no out standing fine!! I'm sick of these calls and will be contacting my lawyer this morning.

Was given a lovely call by a case worker for this company today to tell me a traffic ticket I had paid several (4) months ago had not been paid and the town I got the ticket in had a bench warrant for my arrest if I did not pay immediately. I was told to send proof I paid this ticket which I did but I also had a friend of mine in the Force look me up and he found no active warrants. They use this as a scare tactic to just try to get more money from you. Beware of these scammers!

This is this most appalling company I have ever heard of, you can't jail people for being poor it's against the constitution, just because you found a way to side step the law doesn't make it right. I hope the US Justice Dept charges the company for running this illegal racket and puts it's board of directors in prison. I don't even live near this state and I feel for the victims, this company is pure evil and needs to be shut down.

i used to work here. terrible place. it's essentially a con. you could pay the court costs through your county. I actually quit (so no harsh feelings) bc of how they work. and they don't control your bench warrants. so don't let them fool you. the owner was fantastic, but he lost the way of how the business was ran bc of his son who took over. he was a nice guy (Rob) but they only care about money. he was rarely in the office just bc he wanted to get more "clients". be ware of this place. and just call the courts from the county you have a warrant in and pay them. trust me . you'll pay less if you just pay the courts. and everyone talks about their "clients" in a rude away as soon as they get off the phone. which I suppose is normal for most call centers but these people literally drink at work. and one girl, Autumn, tried to give me drugs during the work day. they can't manage an office and it is a scam /collection agency. be careful. and do your own searching of your background. :{D

So long story short, I have had my DL suspended for tickets from another county and it took me a few years to pay them off but They never harassed me, as long as I kept them in the know and they were very encouraging, even called to tell me they were proud of me when the fines were finally paid off! Lol, I had a really good experience with! (Using my sons User name-Tamara )

Mr. Perez handled my collection. He is very professional, upfront, understanding and helpful. It's horrible to deal with any collection agency, but this is by far the only good experience I've had with one. Work out a payment you know you can afford, make the payment, if you can't for whatever reason...CALL. I ignored them at first, ended up with a warrant. Court house wanted 500 to to rescind it, Mr. Perez worked out a deal with me and the court house for less money in 2 different payments. He immediately kept his word, sent the courthouse proof of payment, and it was removed. They will work with you!

They are very friendly as long as you pay your fines on time and if you can't for some reason at least give them a call telling them why you can't, tell them when you'll be able to, it has to be paid that month and every month after until paid off.

This is a collection agency that works with city, county, and state fines. They can and will get a warrant issued for your arrest if you do not comply with the payment plan they give you. They don't mess around.

have no idea who these people are, but they called me about an apparent Chinese lady. I'm not Chinese. I have no court issues or warrants from another state. Crazy. They did tell me they would not call me again. Hope they don't.

Tried to tell my wife she owed $405 but the courthouse only had a $50 debt on file. Double check with the original debt, i.e. Call the courthouse and get the original amount. Watch your back.
