They tell you they will help you and you get a call from them saying they aren't helping 90 year old people trying to make a last will and testament. That's pitiful.

Fairly competent, but only interesting in settling and delaying and agreeing to stuff out of court, stretching things out so they can make their money. If you use them, don't allow them to settle anything out of court when it comes to custody issues. Really disinterested in helping, all about the money. Waste of thousands of dollars for me.
