Mr. Gist is the man.

I asked for advice about how to put some property into my daughters name. He told me to put it in a trust. I told him I would go home and speak to my family if this is what we want to do. I get a call a few weeks later that I have a bill for $450 and that he had already created a trust and filed for a Quit Claim Deed. Worst person to deal with. He won't answer the phone or return phone calls. He emails and threatens you with a collection agency.

The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful over the phone, later that day in person, and super efficient. Was there to pick up paperwork, and she had everything ready to go for me! :)

Both Mr. Patterson and Nancy are great to deal with. Being an out of state client, I was very pleased with the representation Patterson Law gave me.

IYou can meet with them, give them money...good luck on a return call or results...I needed help getting access to my property which is landlocked...but the are prompt in sending the bill.

The only interaction I have had with this office was with NANCY. I phoned this office for my niece to get a copy of the will..of her Mother. Nancy was so rude ...when my niece phoned..Nancy told her she needed to get her own lawyer . My niece took her Mother into that office to make this will . How rude!
I don't know Mr. Patterson , I am sure he has no idea what a rude person he has to ANSWER the phone .
