A few years ago my husband (a US Citizen) and I (a Foreign National) started the application process for him to petition for my Permanent Residency. Laura Ferner helped us along the way, from start to finish and we couldn’t have had a smoother experience, especially given that we lived in a different state. Their online system kept a checklist of all the items needed and made it quick and easy to enter all of our information one time – which then filled out all the necessary forms for us. By going over everything in detail with us before our interview Laura made us feel at ease and very confident in our application being approved – which it was! Two years later Laura again helped us with the Removal of Conditions application. We received a request for more evidence from USCIS and Laura came to the rescue, submitting the additional information and our application was approved not long after. Now that I am eligible to apply for US Citizenship you can bet that I will be having Laura lead the process. Do not hire Laura Ferner for your immigration attorney she has no clue what is is doing. I did almost our whole case by myself and fired her after finding out she really wasn’t doing anything on our case. Then after I got our paperwork from her she had screwed up almost every single thing it was a nightmare to go back and fix oh and she forged mine and my sisters names on a couple of the documents. She should be behind bars not taking people’s money for a job she can’t even do! The other attorneys should really reconsider working with her because it makes the whole business look bad.

Mr. Harwell has helped me through so much. He has a true heart for helping others. I highly recommend him.
