I came to Norwood and Norwood on a reference from a friend for a speeding ticket. They were confident and to the point without having to handle much outside of their office. It was consistent to prices offered by other firms but they were able to insure meme th things would be handled accordingly. I got 3 charges that most people go to jail with and thanks to Norwood i got no Jail and 2 of the charges where dismised and none of the charges will go on my record! I hired Norwood and Norwood and am so happy i did. I was charged with DWI 2, flight, reckless driving, driving on suspended drivers license, no tags, no insurance with wreck, refuse the test and about 4 other charges. I was scared. Norwood kept me out of jail and got most of the charges dismissed. My fines were way less than my bond so i got money back. Norwoods fees were really low for all they did for me. I would highly recommend them for any criminal charge.

I was charged with a felony revoke and then a domestic violence charge and other charges in another court. They got all of my charges dismissed including the felony. I hired this defense attorney team to remove a case from my personal record. I called at 11:30am to get a price quote for a fairly routine charge. I was told I needed to have an apt and that prices weren't given out over the phone, which is typical. I made an apt for 3:30pm that same day. I called and waited on hold for 13 minutes. I was on hold so long that the phone system threw me back in as a caller and I had to be placed on hold a total of three times. That is absolutely insane and gives off the message that they don't have time for me or my case. Plus, with attorneys fees being hourly, I feel like it's a slap in the face to make me wait. Will I get to charge for that 13 minutes I won't get back?

Needless to say, I hung up and called another lawyer. With such high competition, this is no way to create a first impression with would be clients. Do better, Norwood.

I was charged with an alcohol related crime, and I went to see Norwood & Norwood. After I met with Doug Norwood, I felt like a big burden had been lifted from my shoulders. Doug was very understanding about my situation and immediately made me feel a lot better about my situation, and his prices was reasonable, fair and he accepted payment plans, which was very helpful to me. I was very nervous how this could affect my standing as I faced jail time and I was looking to avoid that if at all possible. The thing that made Doug Norwood and his office different was that he fought hard for my best interests and not only did I not have to do jail time, but they GOT MY CHARGES DISMISSED . I really appreciated how case manager Mark helped me, he and the rest of the staff was very good at communicating with me even if it seemed like a small request. I was very happy that I decided to use Doug Norwood at Norwood & Norwood at my attorney, I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends as he is the best around.

I don't see where they did Me any good to My Case or situation and they don't respond to emails...paid them damn near $1k and for what they did I could've inquired on Myself cause NOTHING was reduced nor do I see where they did any type of negotiating with the Judge....I wouldn't recommend them them to Anyone,unless You just got some money to throw away....Don't Waste Your Money!!!

My brother used Norwood for a felony and got it reduced to a misdemeanor and I got a DWI 2nd and I was scared I was going to do at least a week in jail. I hired Norwood and Norwood and super glad I did. I don’t have to do any jail and my fines are less than a DWI first and they got another ticket dismissed that would have been at least $500 and a lot of points. I had always heard how good Norwood was and now I have the proof. They beat what I was hoping for by a lot. So thankful I hired them.
