Because they let the first one lapse over 90 days because they just didn't get to it or whatever the excuse was this time around. When it was finally finalized after almost two years there's still stuff showing up on my credit report but I cannot get in contact with them to ask any questions. I've tried four phone calls and four messages with secretary, two weeks later I still haven't got a reply yet. Just don't waste your time with these people it's ridiculous
